Choose the Programme That Fits Your Stage
The college offers two NCTE-recognised teacher education programmes. If you have completed a Bachelor's degree, the two-year B.Ed. is designed for you. If you are a Class 12 pass student who knows you want to teach, the four-year Integrated programme lets you earn a subject degree and professional certification together.

Eligibility
Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and other reserved categories as per Rajasthan state norms are eligible with 45% aggregate marks. Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria notified by Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University for the relevant academic year.

School Internship
The programme includes mandatory school-based internship spread across both years, as required by NCTE norms. Student-teachers carry out supervised teaching in real classrooms in schools in and around Alwar. This practicum is a required component for degree completion.
On Completion: Graduates receive the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Alwar. The degree qualifies holders to apply for teaching positions in government and private schools at the secondary level, and to appear in eligibility tests including the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET).
Integrated BA/B.Sc.-B.Ed. — 4-Year Programme
A four-year programme for Class 12 pass students that combines subject knowledge and teacher education in a single integrated degree — completing both in four years rather than five.

Eligibility
Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised board. The specific percentage requirement and subject conditions for each stream (Arts/Humanities or Science) are as notified by the affiliating university for the relevant admission year. Programme Structure
The four years combine subject knowledge and teacher preparation:
- Years 1–2: Foundation coursework in chosen discipline (Arts or Science subjects), introduction to education, child development, and school observation.
- Years 3–4: Advanced subject specialisation, pedagogy courses in two school subjects, assessment methods, and extended school internship.
Why the Integrated Route?
Students who complete the Integrated programme earn both a subject degree and a B.Ed. in four years instead of five (three for a BA/B.Sc. plus two for B.Ed.). This route suits students who are certain about a career in school teaching from the point of Class 12 completion.
On Completion: Graduates receive the Integrated BA-B.Ed. or B.Sc.-B.Ed. degree, recognised as equivalent to holding both a subject degree and a separate B.Ed. Degree holders qualify to apply for secondary-level teaching positions and appear in REET and other eligibility tests.
Admission Process
Admission to both programmes is conducted under the authority of Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University through the Rajasthan PTET process.
Appear in PTET
The Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) is conducted annually. Check the university's official notification for dates, eligibility, and application process each year.
University Counselling
After PTET results are declared, eligible candidates register for centralised counselling and submit college preferences in merit order.
Document Verification
Selected candidates report to the college. Documents required: mark sheets, category certificate (if applicable), domicile proof, and recent photographs.
Fee Payment & Enrolment
After verification, candidates complete fee payment and receive formal enrolment confirmation. The current fee schedule is issued by the university.
